12/12(二)低碳飲食第九天-1kg
早餐:昨晚吃太飽了,完全吃不下!

午餐:沒有餓的感覺,就不吃吧!

晚餐:魚片60g,肉條100g,香菇燒雞80g,炒空心菜165g,無糖豆漿100g,mct油15g
