12/11(ㄧ)低碳飲食第八天-1.4kg
早餐:防彈咖啡(水100g,無鹽奶油15g,mct油16g)、鮮奶70g

午餐:滷豬肉50g,炒青菜100g

晚餐:慶生聚餐(燒烤),份量難以估計呀!

兩個大餐,抵掉了一週的努力!沒關係!人生就是如此,享受美食後,ㄧ樣也要認真瘦身唷~
