12/10(日)低碳飲食第七天-2kg
早餐:乳酪蛋糕(一口)

午餐:港式飲茶聚餐(吃了這餐,應該破酮了,要打掉重練呀)

晚餐:鴨翅ㄧ隻65g,豬肉絲140g,波菜70g,青花菜101g

備註:遇到聚餐日,實在不想苦待自己,偶爾也要放鬆ㄧ下呀!聚餐完再來繼續努力了!加油!
