12/9(六)低碳飲食第六天-1.5kg
早餐:防彈咖啡(水130g,無鹽奶油16g,mct油15g)、鮮奶75g

午餐:斷食

晚餐:煎牛排101g,炒菠菜154g,麻油煎蛋ㄧ顆、無糖豆漿100g

其他:豆干2片、青醬豬肉3片(約20g)

今天挑戰斷食17小時,早餐喝完防彈咖啡,都不餓,到下午5點吃晚餐!期待明天體重快下降!
