12/8(五)低碳飲食第五天-1.7kg
早餐:防彈咖啡(水100g,無鹽奶油10g,mct油10g)

午餐:絞肉120g,青菜160g,蒸蛋80g

晚餐:豬腳54g、滷豬排41g、四季豆59g、青菜74g、無糖豆漿60g

其他:珍珠丸子2顆、鴨翅ㄧ隻、晚上老公買鹽酥雞(偷吃、慘)
58.7 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
