12/7(四)低碳飲食第四天-1.5kg
早餐:防彈咖啡(水100g,無鹽奶油15g,mct油5g)

午餐:牛排(90g),綠花椰菜(160g)

晚餐:炸排骨(100g),綠花椰菜(100g),高麗菜(90g)

其他:曲奇餅乾一塊、蘋果ㄧ片

這週沒有吃澱粉,感覺早上起床身體不會有很重的感覺,起床精神很好。
