低碳飲食第二天 -1.2

應該是減水份吧!

多吃了兩片柿子

黑咖啡200cc+無鹽奶油15g. 糟糕,不喜歡!喝不到ㄧ半,剩下ㄧ半加了鮮奶,終於好喝多了,只是這樣有效嗎?明早量體重就知道了!
