I have been working out at the gym alot. but i have been having a sweet tooth and twice this week i had to go on a cupcake hunt. all this working out is useless if i keep having to eat a sweet.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
