What a surprise! After a stressful week I came in with a decent weight loss! hurray!!
I really feel back on track now. I did the shopping yesterday and have all the things in the cupboard for the pointed recipes we have planned to have this week.
Last night, I made Cheesey Beanburgers and they were delicious!!! The mixture made far more than I thought it would and so I have some left for lunch today as well!
I've got nothing planned that will upset my food plans this week so hopefully I can stick at it and come in with a good loss again next week. I'm already wearing trousers that I haven't worn for months and it feels good!!!
