Weight loss is slow but at least it's still coming off.
8:11am - Finished breakfast and don't feel satisfied. But it's satisfaction emotionally...I woke up in a bad mood. I managed to get about 15 minutes of exercise but unfortunately, it didn't rid me of my anger. I feel like I'm managing through the morning and part of me wants to eat a stack of pancakes. I think I'm just tired...I haven't been sleeping well and could use a nice long nap.
