I have been super sick the past couple days which is why I dropped 2 pounds. Hopefully it won't come back when I start eating again but if it does then I'll just have to work harder to get back down. No big deal. I just hope I feel better soon so I can get back to the gym, not having any energy sux!
133.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
