-2 weeks waking up 5.30 - 6.00 to go to gym
-couple days fasting until 12 PM only creatine and coffee in the morning
71.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
