371- I just started lifting weights a few months ago-- I've been meeting with a trainer on occasion to learn new exercises etc. So right now I guess you could say I'm actively tweaking my lifestyle to include exercise on a regular basis BUT I'm only doing things I think are fun to do and bring balance into my life. I'm trying to learn more things I can do with a few free weights at home as well as how to use all the major machines @ the gym. My focus is on correct form and really getting connected to what I'm doing. I wear wireless headphones and listen to music that really gets me motivated and just get into the "zone."

Great idea. I started doing a combo of movement and weight training. Think of Tai Chi meets strength training. So, I wear wrist weights and I do slow, relaxing centered movements while watching my breathing. Typically, I do it while walking and it improves strength, balance and brings a relaxed state instead of being "pumped up"
