Wow! This decrease in water weight is outstanding! It's Day 3 of the Keto diet. I'm definitely tired a lot, and my 2 miles of cardio are exhausting, but I don't crave sugars or bread until I start to get hungry, which is usually 4-5 hours after each meal. I've purchased the ketone urine strips and am producing a moderate to high amount of ketone bodies. Let's keep this up!
