I know I shouldn't be jumping on the scale everyday but seeing a pound drop every 2 days is exciting I'm not doing any special just cutting out a lot of carbs and sugar I'm a late night snacker and that's was my hardest to kick I'll have a few almonds or saltine crackers or small piece of dark chocolate which I've read helps burns belly fat I have dropped 6 pounds in2 weeks I'm also taking lipozene and the metaboup I was exercising every night fast walking stair stepper and some abdominal exercises but when I decided to start light jogging I hurt my knee somehow now not being able to hardly walk without pain I've been kind of laid up for 2 weeks but still managing to lose probably the serious dieting and the little bit of abdominal I do I'm also trying this fat freezing I've read about on my tummy 1 week into it shall see if that does any good can't wait to get back to my nightly walks
62.1 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
