short journal today.
Yesterday went well, made lots of healthy foods. Perhaps too much, snack effect kicked in, it is there so I ate it. The low fat peach frozen yogurt is awesome! added cinnamon and it came out great. May try apple next time.
Wife and I just rode bikes for an hour. Great day outside, 87 degrees, sunny, blue skies!
