En nu doorpakken.
Ik maak de doelen kleiner, dat maakt de kans op slagen groter. Hierdoor blijf ik gemotiveerd.
65 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
