One REALLY important thing that was driven into my thick male skull a few years ago in kettlebell class (only guy in class) is that form is so much more important than anything else in the long run. With my thighs tied together, my legs track up & down on the pedals just like a 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 boy! : )
