Really unwell after my surgery.. starved from 6pm on Monday night to 6 pm Tuesday ( including surgery ) . Ate a sandwich after surgery and tea, but threw up virtually straight away. Had a burger as I fancied it, but threw it up. Had water and tea, but threw up. Weight down, but probably due to dehydration from the sickness. Started to log today, but threw up.
Have had water and crackers and tea only, since lunch time. Feeling s bit better now, but still spaced out after all the meds yesterday.
Have reread the obesity code., I need to stop snacking on nuts and cheese. All the time in the past ( not now) that I didn't leat between meals, but drank sugar free squash and tea with milk, I was stimulating my insulin levels. Whoopsie !
Currently watching. Programme on BBC I player,. Dr Michael Moseley on fasting.. a horizon archive programme from 2012.. a really interesting programme,, highly recommended, especially for those of you who have read the BSD.
Hoping to feel better tomorrow .
