So I was starving alll day, but managed to stay on woe, but definitely like a VERY hungry caterpillar all day.
Went to bed at 10.30 pm, woken at 3am by my daughter, out of bed at 4am to watch the boxing 🥊
At 530am I had tea with 2 chocolate digestives from the packet on the sofa as I watched the boxing. That is my carbs for the day.. 19.98 g 😔☺️🙁( dunno how to do an ashamed emoji, but you get the picture 😉)
I tried the Parmesan crisps.. they were salty and crunchy/yay Maybe I overdid them a bit, but they reminded me of cheese on toast , but without the fresh crusty bread, boo!
Still, today is a new day and I always journal all of my mistakes.
Looks like my noisy neighbours have gone away.. they normally have a garden full of drunken friends and relations EVERY bank holiday.. so I'm gonna take my daughter to work, then chill on my zero gravity chair( no hip or back pain, yay 😊) in the sun, with my frozen 2 litre bottle of water, the cat and the obesity code
