Okay, I'm thinking that I will need to do take-off again next week. It's been two weeks on the plan and I have lost 3 pounds, which was due to TO. I have also decided to stay away from beef for a month. That will be very hard since I live in Texas and there is beef roaming the pastures in the front, sides and back of my yard! I guess I'll have to move to the city. I hope everyone is doing well this week.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know what you mean about TO, I lost almost four lbs using the unlimited proteins and green veggies with the cantelope a day, that wasn't too hard to do. Best of luck to you.

L4L, I have been cooking up some black beans and spicing them up with Mrs. Dash. This Mrs. Dash chick is salt free and has several new flavors, including Southwest Chipotle. I put a little bit of skim white cheese and chicken and lettuce and green pepper in the skillet and smack it heavily with Mrs. Dash. Close your eyes and say..."Greasy Cheezburger"...and it kinda works! BW
