Need to stop eat snack at midnight!! But I always feel hungry at midnight, how do I insist on my thought? 😰

Make sure your meals are satisfying (fiber and protein are your friends). Simple carbs like chips will make you hungry because they get digested easily. Boredom can also trigger your cravings so either keep busy or sleep earlier. I just don't buy junk food and keep it away from my house so I have zero chance to eat them 😂😂.
