I've gone from 163 down to 122., Size 14 (tight) to size 4
I feel great and I'm walking 7 days a week 4-1/2 miles each day. My chol. has gone from 226 down to 159.
My inspiration has been a message on my bathroom mirror written by my daughter on one of her visits. She wrote..Keep it up! We have to lose our weight. I love you. After looking at that every single day I said I'm going for it! I did and I lost the weight. She did and is almost there. She's lost the biggest amount and is my hero. When she comes back down for a visit she is going to change that message on our mirror.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hey girl, Your daughter told me you were joining. Way to go that is so awesome. She inpressed me enough. I could not believe she had lost so much weight also. She looks real good. You should be proud of her. I cant believe you are in size 4 you have really done great. With your attitude you will be at your goal weight before you know it. Have a blessed day and Great Job again
