Being sick for the past few days, dealing with a possible near future break up of a long term relationship, and walking at least 30 minutes per day has helped me shed a few pounds. Also, drinking lots of water and green tea as a dietary staple. Trying not to stress eat, because stress eating won't solve anything.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Losing 2.4 kg a Week
