Woohoo 236 even today. I am feeling good about this week.
Did a nice 35 minute power walk last night. My foot felt pretty good. I am finding it odd that the bones in my ankle are what are hurting most. Its like they are all scrambled up. Anyway, it is probably from the lack of muscle in my leg from being idled about 3 months.
Work is going a bit better, inspection is over and I am building machines again. It is productive work, and makes the day go by faster.
I have been slacking on my lunchtime food choices lately too, and still losing weight. I need to get back to my blackened chicken wrap, or chicken with a salad. The burgers, fries, and taco's even though they may fit in my RDI, should only be eaten once a week.

Sounds like you're doing pretty good, JP, and mentally in a great place today. I'm glad! I like that you're spotting the weak points (lunch). You know where to optimize, even if you maybe don't really need it.

Thanks Y'all. When it gets busy here, usually when a ship visits, there are long lines, and sometimes you have to go with the flow. Luckily I know the calorie counts even for the junk foods. Today I had a sub which is unusual, and I am really stuffed now.
