I just got back from San Antonio, TX! I was not able to keep track of the food that I was eating on here due to the fact that was juggling 4 kids!! We had an absolute blast!! I was sort of surprised to see that I'm still around 182 because since I'm off my fast I have been eating meat and I was trying my best to pay attention to portion sizes, but I didn't feel like I was doing as much exercise as I normally do when I'm home so I expected my weight to be a litte higher. I'm quite pleased that it's not :) I still need to take measurements, but I'm getting there!
82.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This is a good sign! Way to go!!! Water & visuals are a good way to make sure you keep close when on vacation type weeks. You seem to really have a "nack" for this. Now, once you get back on track w/ calories & exercise...you should really get some good changes. If you don't start changing...do the 200 calorie drop and add 5 minutes of cardio 3 of your cardio workouts/per week & you should start dropping again.
