Sarah1950, I support you and your situation also. Steady, girl, steady. Do the diet 6 days a week, but be sure to have a real, special meal once a week so you don't trick your body into thinking you are starving.
Work on the diabetes...that's important. My mother is 94 and her indulgences in diabetic control are now significant...causes nerve problems, etc. which are horrible.
