Down some... thank goodness cuz my tummy is finally recovering from the food poisoning/flu whichever it was...I still can't get down to the three meals a day for the Leptin Reset because if I eat a normal sized meal I get really sick.
117.5 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
