The kids have been home from college and snacking has taken hold again. I'm pleased with no real change, but am worried about next weeks weigh in. Self talk - don't worry about next week, work on the present. Plan of action needs to continue with working on fitness three days next week. Get to bed prior to midnight every night! Goals are accomplished one step at a time. Take this step and keep moving!
