My foot issue Os really starting to bother me. i continued to do my walk/jog intervals. it hurt so bad i had to stop for a little but and change shoes, thought it would help but it didn't. so i am going to the chiropractor tomorrow to see what he suggests. hopefully not rest bc i don't have time for that!!
