Yay! More weight gone! I keep doing better and better with pickig out the good things and trying to stay away from the bad things. I really need to work on eating while I am at work. It's so hard to eat in the middle of our rush and sometimes I don't get to eat at all. I know this is hard on my body so I'm working on a change! I remembered to take a protein bar with me last night and also a protein shake to drink on the way home.

Pick 1 day per week and remember to get your measurements. Don't get too hung up on weight only. You could reach a time where your body is building muscle & burning fat at the same rate. Resulting in no weight change & still shrinking! :)

Is there a certain time during the day that is the best time to get the most accurate measurements?

When you first get up in the moring, after you go to the bathroom, before you eat or drink anything. Pick 1 day a week and weigh & measure that day every week.
