Drum roll...50 big ones! shouldn't have been on me on the first place! still flabby- that's next!

64.4 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg. Still to go: 13.6 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

sounds like alot by dates alone, but it's really 5 pounds a week- consistently- and I will take that!
