I stayed on track and still gained a half a pound lol. I think it is just normal weight fluctuations happen during weight loss and your body tries to fight it. Not going to let this stop me. and a half a pound does not look so bad when converted to other ways to weight lol. 0.5 pound=8 ounces=0.226796 kilogram=0.0357143 Stone
