Feeling good, exercised in the Wellness Center after work. It is attached to the hospital, so really what was the excuse not to?! Little biking, little run/walking on treadmill. Felt great. Still wish weight loss would pick up a little.
122.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It feels like it will take forever, but don't lose sight of your goal. Perhaps you can put it into smaller increments, like 10 lbs at a time, to help you reach it? I have a lofty final goal on mine, but I try to just take it 5-10 at a time, and every loss is a success! I've been on a plateau recently, which is MADDENING, but then little by little there's downward movement.
