So pleased. 25 days holiday. The last 7 in Italy visiting and eating out. The last meal out started at 1pm finished at 5pm. So many courses I lost count. I stuck to my rules. Plenty vegetables, protein, no potatoes, no rice, nothing made with flour, and lots of walking. No weight gain. No bloating. No abdominal pain. Feeling good. Yeah!
