Yesterday was a big test. I went out with the family and for the first time I didn't stray from my diet.

I decided I will start working out again. I plan to exercise 2/3 times a week 30 minutes each.
53.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
