So Funny.. after losing over 100 lbs and holding there for about a year, I wanted to start gaining some weight in the form of new muscle tissue. I ate more than usual last week and eneded up losing 1 lb. Very wierd getting dissapointed seeing the number on the scale going down!
64.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
