Back recording physical activity and all food and drink today
Slept till nearly 2pm yesterday, then from 8pm til 530 am
But I did eat a small amount of pasta with my dinner.. so I really can't do carbs, as I've put on a pound !!
Glad I haven't got any Easter eggs coming!!
Am toying with the idea of fasting, I have read lots and it really interests me, but I felt rotten when I did it last week. And maybe I'm tired enough already, so this isn't the best time 😞
Happy Easter 🐣 to all my fs friends 😁😁

You need to get your carbs right down to fast. If you give up bread, pasta, potatoes, rice and all sugar - after all carbs just turn to sugar inside of you - for a few days and then try fasting. Start by finishing eating at about 5-6 pm one day and not eating until lunchtime - or as late as you can in the morning - and you've done an 18 hour fast, if you then keep your eating into a 6 hour period you're starting with the 18:6 fasting. Then move to an hour longer - or whatever. I would have to recommend Dr. Jason Fung's The Complete Guide to Intermittent Fasting. or Dietdoctor.com - those are where I got into fasting from.

I should have added that I've got more energy since I started fasting - it doesn't mean I'm 'normal' when it comes to energy - but for me I've got more.

Do. Have you visited the Intensive Dietary Management website? I've got the book on kindle and keep on rereading it. It's a pity I can't copy it and send it to you - but although my brother can do that I haven't worked it out yet - then you could always read it on a phone or pc.

Yay...it's only 8.99 on kindle ❤️❤️🍾
I'll look up the other website also
I've gone from 730 last nite and will be having roast beef ( no potatoes or Yorkies ) at 6 pm today
I've only had water and red ( but had a splash of milk in the tea)
I will also be avoiding the apple pie and custard that I'm cooking for everyone else 😁😁

I use double cream instead of milk - but a little milk won't do you any harm when fasting.
