I was up .5 lbs this morning. I added fruit Sunday night and I wonder if that's it. Otherwise, I have been faithful to the diet. It could be that I ate at 7:30 last night. Who knows, but I was bumming this morning when I gained that .5 lbs.

My body fluctuates between a pound & a half pound daily so I try to weigh myself every 2 or 3 days so as not to make myself completely crazy. What kind of fruit did you eat & how much? In the book it says to add 1 carb back each week so if it's fruit this week then don't eat any other type of carb. If you follow that then you can figure out which carbs make you gain weight & which carbs produce cravings in you. Hope this makes sense. Good Luck!!!

I'm with LittleMamaMickey, I cannot weigh myself every day. I go nuts if I do that. Now I only weigh myself once a week.
