Starting to slightly expand my food choices to add nuts and other veggies. I must be understanding the amount of salad fixings I'm having cause my carbs were generally staying low. Ate 3 supposedly sugar few low carb peppermint parties last night and had a huge carb spike for the day.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
