working on a weigh in at work for a weight loss competition. tryinh not to go too nuts. just going low carb for 4 days. ill see how it goes, dont usually go this low on carbs. trying to drink plenty to help with diet.
116.3 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
