I didn't lose again in spite of being on track calorie-wise...getting frustrating
103.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Coach - Don't get frustrated, it will turn around again.//Could it be that you are just developing more muscle mass? I noticed you exercise every day. Have you checked that? Could it also be the sugary things you had lately? I also noticed that your net carbs are going quite high sometimes. Since you are in OWL, why not trying to stay at a certain level of net carbs for a little while and see what will happen?
