Hoping to keep this up. I think my biggest hurtle is finding the balance of trying to lose weight and just living (healthy). If I can focus on just being healthy and eating only a little bad when its appropriate then I think this will be sustainable.
I managed to not eat office cake, 2 times in the last month. said no to doughnuts at least twice and bagels more than 4 times in the last month. (plus soft pretzels, cookies and other leftovers at the office.)

Since I did that i was able to not feel guilty when I ate cake on my wifes birthday. FYI local bakery beats grocery store cake any day.

Also If I can keep dropping, then I may actually win the office weight loss challenge.
117.7 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 36.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
