OK - up a bit again, and I am now sure that I CANNOT have more than one Atkins product per day - yuckies all the next day. Not crazzy about this pattern I've got going...up, down, up, up, up, down, up. I want more downs.:(
107.8 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
