I followed better, but still not as good as I know I can or need to. I spent the last weekend in bed sick and still am not feeling 100%, but am better everyday. Weight loss last week was probably a fluke, but I'm going to go with it and see if I can have two weeks strung together with a loss each week. Water intake has increased which is crucial. The late night eating has stopped or at least decreased significantly - that needs to stay as well. Slowly but surely is the way to win the race.
