Doing pretty good. Just looking for some variety. Feel a whole lot better. Sleeping well. But I have headaches I think from not eating all the starches and sugars. But a whole lot of different fruits and veggies. My husband is doing it and he has already lost 4lbs. What the ham sammich!!! LOL
