No loss today - that's OK. Everyone keeps telling me I need to quit weighing every day, but honestly, that is my most valuable tool. I've been overweight and weighing daily for SO long, I can judge successes and failures and things I need to change by how my weight fluctuates. So, I'm going to keep on with that. I'm not bummed by a standstill for one day....as long as it's not a gain! :-)

Weighing daily can be a good tool for many people, as long as you don't let the daily fluctuations bother you or discourage you in any way. Everyone should google and read "why the scale lies" before they begin a diet so they fully understand water weight fluctuations and why we can show a gain when we do everything right. So stick with it and keep going.

I am a daily weigher too. As long as you can keep it in perspective, which I am not always best at. Thanks Suzi for posting that article. I just read it and plan to reread it every time I see a gain to try to keep it from ruining my day.:)
