I am currently starting a cycle of FL4I and I am starting it at 188.4 :) Which is good! I have a few things planned over the week-end, but I will try to follow it 100%!!!
:) I am very happy with the week I just passed, I did a good job on losing while checking what I eat and what I do! :)
