So happy that I am seeing a consistent weight drop of 2#/wk. I was a little worried that Saturday's calorie splurge (I went to a benefit luncheon) was going to throw me off track. So I tried to make up on Sunday with an only 1-hour break-fast window. It seems to have worked. So far, the Intermittent Fast ration of 16/8 is going well, and my old problem of acid reflux is mostly gone. But I need to recommit to smaller portions and lower calorie meals, i.e., more salads, and less carbs. Good luck to everyone else in this challenge.
