Has not been a good week for food intolerance. Tried out some Oatibix, as I thought it would give me an alternative to the usual oats. Unfortunately it contains malted barley and must have had too much gluten content for me. Had horrible bout of migraine and had to go back to bed all morning (level 5 out of 5). Went to level 3 headache by about 3.00 pm and later on began to wear off. It's good to try and expand my diet, but gluten grains for me seem to be a complete no-no.
